CHARACTER INFO
❥ Name: Georgia (Langley)
❥ Canon: Pokemon Best Wishes!/Black & White (anime)
❥ Canon Point: post-series
❥ Fandom OC Approval: N/A
❥ History: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Georgia
❥ CRAU?: N/A
❥ Personality: Georgia is very proud, loud, a big-eater, and unabashedly in your face. She's brimming with confidence and loves talking trash, she's got quite the ego! She might not always be able to back it up, not being strong enough just yet, and while she's too proud to admit to a lot of things, she's also quite candid and an easy read.
Georgia tends to be petty and holds grudges easily... one humiliating defeat at the hands of a Dragon specialist from the Village of Dragons led her to dedicate her whole team to defeating Dragon types! "Dragon Buster" is a title she made up for herself.
Georgia is a rather childish person, but unlike Trip and to a lesser extent Iris, she has no problem admitting to being a child.
Georgia can be rather shamelessly bossy and demanding, such as when she found the meal Cilan prepared for his friends and ate it all by herself (yes, enough food for THREE PEOPLE)... and then insulted his cooking and demanded better food next time!!
Over time, she develops an odd friendship with Burgundy consisting of gossiping about the other rivals and complaining about various things, but she also pushes Iris to be her very best, because she wants a worthy opponent. She cares for her a lot and even her Vanilluxe obeys Iris in a difficult situation, which is something we usually only see with very close friends in canon!
She's also surprisingly patient with Bianca's frequent mixing her up with Luke's Zorua (who seems to have decided Georgia is her favourite human mask, as she prefers to transform into humans of her own gender), and even watches her fondly as she runs off, "noisy as usual."
Georgia is more moderate in her feelings, she's always willing to acknowledge the good points even in someone she dislikes, she's more principled and honest than Burgundy... even if they're both awfully petty. She also chides Burgundy for mocking Trip while he's down and also for going too overzealous in her hatred for Cilan, so she's a little less harsh than Burgundy; she won't kick someone while they're down and she certainly won't paint someone as pure evil! She might act pretty childishly, but being willing to acknowledge the good in someone you don't agree with is admirable!
She acknowledges her rival and praises Iris (even if it pains her to admit!) when she works together well with her Vanilluxe. She grows to care for Iris quite a bit and in the ending animation for the final arc of the BW! series, we even see Georgia looking sad to hear Iris and friends have left Unova.
Like most Pokemon trainers, Georgia is very determined and always striving to become stronger! She doesn't want to stagnate, she keeps trying, even if she gets frustrated and angry at setbacks... she might sulk or kick things around, but she'll spring right back into the game soon enough!
Although Georgia is very proud, she's also very expressive and easy to read, her true feelings will show easily on her face and even in her tone, it takes a bit of effort to actually cover them up by putting on airs. So, basically, tsundere. She can be very gentle and sweet to her Pokemon, but she doesn't seem to like being seen being soft, so she has to quickly chase it up with some loud bravado.
Georgia can be a bit of a sore loser, often shifting blame for her losses onto other outside causes (the field's terrain, the opponent wasn't a Dragon type, this loss doesn't count because t
❥ Abilities:
On her own, Georgia's about as tough as anyone would be after travelling a region, mostly on foot, through any kind of terrain and spending much of her time out in the wilderness! She might have higher than average endurance, but she didn't learn to fight from Pokemon like Iris did, nor does she know any martial arts, and she is just a teenaged girl. An adult, even untrained, will easily overpower her, and if her peers are trained, well, she's out of luck in a physical brawl!
Her power mostly comes from the Pokemon she trains!
Beartic:
V
❥ Extras:
Did your character bring anything along (limit 3 items) with them? Her three Pokemon in their pokeballs! Beartic, Bisharp, and Vanilluxe.
Which god will they choose to support? Or do you wish to be randomized?
